Spar lake is only 10 to 15 minutes away from our lil cabin in the woods. Plenty of fish, great scenery, and not a lot of people around with the exception of a camp ground with only 13 sites. You may even see a Grizzly Bear along the shore if you’re lucky!
Meals
When we’re in Montana we live off beans out of a can for the most part. I mean, what else can you really make in our lil cabin in the woods? Nah! Just “joshin” you!!! We eat like kings! Steak and potatoes, spaghetti and giant meatballs, or maybe mom’s chicken carousal…
Local Towns
There are two towns that we frequent while visiting our lil cabin in the woods. You can go to Libby which we call “Big Town” or you can go to Troy which we call “Little Town.” Libby is considered the city of eagles and Troy is know for mining…
Wildlife
We may not have very many actual neighbors at our lil cabin in the woods but we sure do have some wild ones out there. Mountain Goats, Deer, Elk, Moose, Bear, Mountain Lion, Coyotes, and Bighorn Sheep all can be seen while visiting Montana.
Winter
Winters in Montana can be bitter cold. Although it may only be in the low twenties it can feel much colder than that if the cabin is in the frost line.
